Another great reason college life helps you shed those stubborn pounds are the classrooms themselves. The chairs and desks are all built for the bodies of 18 year-old kids and not for 45 year-old returning students. What this means for you is that in order to have a semi comfortable experience in a lecture, you will be forced to slim down without a diet program like Nutrisystem just to fit into the chairs. The Beautiful Atmosphere

Walking to and from classes is made much more pleasant by the beautiful scenery that I saw at these campuses I was at. I was even reminded of strolls that I’ve enjoyed in favorite parks. Being surrounded by the beauty of nature has a great effect on relieving stress.

Even though all of this might strike you as amusing it is nonetheless important to acknowledge that physical activity, coupled with weight training and proper motivation is essential to good health and weight loss.
