			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are a lot of diet plans on the market.  Some offer food and some just offer advice.  Here are a couple of myths on advice.</p>
<p>Eat only non-fat or <a href="http://www.discountdietprograms.com/blog/?page_id=3" title="low fat foods" target="_blank">low-fat foods to lose weight</a>.  People think that because it says low fat it will be a good diet food.  A lot of the low fat foods have high calories and aren&#8217;t good for losing weight.</p>
<p>Reducing the fat intake in conjunction with lowering calories will help to shed the pounds.  Many high carb foods claim to be low fat, but bad carbs will turn to fat once it&#8217;s digested in the body.  So choose the low fat foods carefully and check the calorie counts.</p>
<p>Eating midnight snacks causes weight gain.  The truth here is that it doesn&#8217;t matter when you eat (unless you suffer from acid reflux and don&#8217;t need to eat due to this).  What matters is that you <a href="http://quick-quote-quill.org/medifast-diet-meals-shakes-coupons-reviews-and-recipies/" title="eating healthy" target="_blank">eat the right foods</a>, keeping within the right fat and calorie count.  Just as with the advice above, make sure you are eating healthy foods, if you choose to snack late at night.  For example eating a hand full of nuts as opposed to eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is better.</p>
