If you are a big fan of the Harry Potter series and have seen the movies as well as read the books, then you know that Ron Weasley’s entire line of siblings are a more than in shape….they are built. And it can’t be just because that play that awesome game of Quidditch every year either! Well let’s be honest, these kids live in the world of magic where staying in shape and looking good aren’t very difficult. But let’s just pretend for a moment that they lived in the world of muggles and didn’t have access to magic. How would they stay in shape then? Well, they would probably first and foremost understand the importance of a good diet, although admittedly, most boys of that age don’t actually participate in fad diets like The South Beach Diet as some mothers might. No instead, they’d just try not to eat too much junk food.
However, there is one thing to be sure of that they would be doing: a great workout. Boys in their teenage years definitely spend a lot of time lifting weights and trying to build up their muscle mass to not only look good but to impress the girls too. They’d definitely have a Total Gym somewhere and use it daily. So while none of us belong to the Weasley klan in the land of Harry Potter, we can take a note on how to look better and feel better.
